also, not sure on the sarcasm of the lee enfield thing, but its only semi autos that are limited to 5rnds. if you wanted to fab up a huge mag for any bolt gun it would be legal.
just magazies designed for a semiauto center fire rifle are limited to 5rnds

Not quite, there are full-auto "Lee-Enfield" prototype conversions out there, hence the regs specify 10 rds.
