SKS rear sight removal

So I want to know if I mill this off i still be strong enough...

I have installed SKS Tech Sights and they work so well I will never put the original gish back on...

So this is my plan... if you have any other idears let me know

strong enough for what?. do you want to stick something on it or are you just removing weight?. for me i would leave it you might want to add an optic one day or decide to sell it. up to you though. enjoy your evil communist baby eater, I do

what version of the tech did you buy?

Yea I think its plenty strong, just dont break through into the main bore ( where the spring and rod run )
