Its really more of getting better groups even at 100 yards in my opinion.
I'm not going to idolize the SKS because I'm not trying to win a popularity contest, so ill say it flat out.... If you have the money, The VZ will have more accuracy at any distance over the SKS unless your going to put money into gunsmithing or managed to get the holy grail.
