It's a great idea. Much cheaper than a new trigger group (which may require extensive fitting - on the off chance that you got a TG where too much length was relieved from the battery safety trip lever)
It *might* be a lot of work, though. Depending on the dimensions of the flat spring you receive, and your individual trigger troup, you might be required to drive out the pin that connects the trigger to the sear transfer bar, just to pass the spring through. That pin is a ridiculously tight fit. It is easier to get the pin out of the rear gas tube cover ferrule.
You may need to file the outside of the safety lever so that it is no longer a friction fit.
And you will definitely have to remove the trigger\transfer bar assembly to install the spring, there's no way around that. That pin can be a tight fit as well.
