SKS Scope - Jackie Chan Movie Use

Well, I have one of these beasts (1951 Tula Arsenal, refurb). Nice gun, reasonably accurate (3"@100 yds).
So last week I watched one of the first Jackie Chan movies, and there were some scenes in a Chinese prison camp. SKS for all the guards, of course.
The female lead then shot twice with a scoped SKS. Small diameter tube, set well back, looked like mounted on the receiver cover. Did not seem to be in the way of ejected casings.
Anyone know what it was? Nothing in the sticky was really close.

may have been super cop

where he was put in jail to escape with a criminal so he could get loose with him and find out info. One of the guards has a sks with scope on it which leads me to believe it may be a police issue gun. certainly not military production

Heh I totally remember that movie. Damned if I know the name though.

I think it was "Police Story 3." Saw that movie when I was still in school.
