Sks Scout Mount availability

Hi, I have this mount on my SKS, bought this probably around 2012. A friend of mine wants one, the website of the manufacturer is out of stock and is in Texas. Pretty sure I bought it on a canadian website years ago. Do you know who could be selling this or similar mount in Canada?
