SKS Scout Scope Mount & Deflector Question

Alright, this thread is to do with this scope mount here.

Can you use this scope mount and have a brass deflector that attaches to the rear sight as well, installed at the same time, while having a scope attached??

Here is what I'm using right now.

Dust cover mount which everyone knows cannot hold a zero, shooting corrosive it's a pain in the ass using the mount.

I can only use my 6x fixed scope (not mounted) right now as I do NOT want my 3-9x scope being dinged up, can see the obvious size difference and it clearly covers the entire breech.

Anyone with experience with this setup, your input is greatly appreciated.

no , you cant mount both.

i dont think the scout mount are for scopes.
