sks sight tool

hi,fellas I picked up a norinco sks along with m-305 acouple months ago. Concerning the sks, I have rear sight set up for my bsz and realize i have to make my wind/elev. adjustments from front post.Where can i buy an sks sight tool in Canada, the one that looks like a little c-clamp,for adj both wind/elev. Rifle shoots 1/2 inch high and 1/2 to the right at 25 yrds with irons. Just trying to get it dead-on before moving to 100 yrds. And, i do realize this gun won't be shootin dimes at 100.

Don't forget that the front sight barrel(the part you adjust for windage)is usually staked. This means you'll break your tool if you don't loosen it first with a hammer and drift
