Hey folks,

I just spent 2 hours to make this *hit fit !!! :rockOn:

And yes I know I need smaller mags!!!! But 40 rounders is all I got, until I find some 20/30 rounders....

Mount it lower if you can, forget about using the iron sight, if you mount it high enough to use the sights, it will be too high to get a proper cheek weld!

If you mount that Choate lower it will not be easy to remove the bolt from the receiver for cleaning. Check it out before you start drilling holes.
 
Yeah I have the choate mounting instructions... I will mount it so I can take the SKS apart without hassle.

The stock still need a bit a dremel work... And I need to find some 20 round mags... The mag wont come off with the handle on the rail...lol...

Now I just need to find a good scope... any idears ???with a 500$ budget ??? I need sometihing that looks good. That dosent loose zero. and That if need be I can use for hunting.
 
Look at the Falcon scopes that Frontier is selling. The price for them is very good and quality is excellent. I have a 4.5-18 x56 on my .308 and it's working very well. Just make sure you have a brass deflector in place under the scope or you're going to get dings on your scope.

Well I dremel out the Bayo, Took off the plastic cover riser thing !!!! Its looking bad ass..

I decided to get a Bushnell Holosight. I really want a Eotech but for a SKS the bushnell will be perfect...

Now time to mount the Choate :D

Nice SKS Tucson, good call on leaving the bayonet on, looks badass

I've been trying to find those stocks for awhile.. errr well trying to find somewhere that will ship em to Canada I should say haha.

Yeah it comes with a chep looking gas tube cover.... thats why I put on the metal one...

I have the Side folding stock on order for my Mav88... lol...

as far as the quality its a 100$ stock... so you get 100$ quality...

But I give it 10/10 based on price...
