SKS Stripper clips in M305?

Hey Guys,

I was at the local gun shop the other day and saw a bunch of bulk stripper clips for an SKS ( I Think it was like 15$ for 10) But anyways, I was also buying some 308 snap caps and lo and behold, they fit!

NOW what I am wondering is if they work in the norc. Anyone try it?

I saw a bunch of posts about loading mags, but I am talking about loading like the Garands.

(And sorry about not searching, But I wanted to test my new avatar too!:)
 
I've tried it. My .308 snap caps can fit on SKS stripper clips, but not the actual .308 rounds themselves (at least without excessive force). The SKS stripper clips don't fit in the Norc stripper clip guide.

PS Buying SKS stripper clips is a waste of money. Plenty of people here have hundreds if not thousands just sitting around. If you pay shipping they'll probably just give them to you.

I have a whole whack of spare 7.62 NATO 5 round clips kicking around.
I could sell you a bunch for cheap. They usually go for about $1 a clip which i think is ####ing ridiculous, even if they are harder to find these days :eek:
