I found the tapco worked fine. The sks went into it without too much hassle, felt comfortable enough to hold. I did have a few small cons for it though.
It made it feel very muzzle heavy, and i found that even though the wood stock was heavier it felt much better balanced.
The other pain is that you need to remove the pistol grip to get out the trigger group to take it apart, this isn't a dealbreaker, just annoying.
It only comes with a straight tube for the buttstock (the 10/22 tapco comes with a straight and an angled) and i found i really had to press my face down hard to align the sights, though friends who also shot it didn't have the same problem, but after emailing tapco they sent me an angled tube as well.
