SKS Tapco

Well, I am new to the shooting sport, and I recently got a Russian SKS and I was wondering if I could get a Tapco stock. I saw that the mag was not pinned and I was wondering if its legal.

tapco stock yes, and if the mag holds more than 5 it makes it prohibited i believe. better to pin it if you plan on taking it out anywhere.

The Tapco stock is great on my SKS and the Mags feed great no jams take A look at HICAL.ca they have all the tapco products in stock

Looks great in dark earth! Here is a black one.
TAPCO stock & mag, Vented hand guard, bipod grip. Nice upgrades for the SKS.

un-pinned mag? check under the follower in the internal magazine and see if there is a little rod welded perpindicular to the spring arm. It may be one of old types of "pinned" sks's without a big rivit in the bottom... much rarer and more saught after as its a nicer way to pin the magazines than have a big rivit in the bottom
