SKS triger group disassembly.... where's a good video?

I am looking for a disassembly video for the SKS trigger group. I have only found one by some guy on youtube, but you can barely see what he is doing.

Anyone know of a quality video, or even just step by step instructions? Looked on surplusrifle as well and still couldn't find anything.

Also... anyone know where one can buy the two front sight tools (one for elevation and one for windage) for the SKS?

No I haven't seen those. I just assumed they didn't include the disassembly.
