Geez since when did straight stocked, non-removable magazine firearm designed with ww2 ergonomics and 0 modularity short of tapco butchery become even remotely comparable to a "modern" laid out carbine.
ergonomically hands down the 858 wins, lighter, more manouverable, more ergonomic, more accurate, removable magazines, much better aftermarket support.
THe only area that the sks wins is in price, but at the price point of the vz/csa rifles, they are hands down the best bang for your buck in a black rifle. In 556 or 762x39 you will not find a better built gun sub $1000.
