SKS warning

It is probably a fact that the RCMP know about this.
It is probably the case that they know of a whole bunch of rifles that go postal if something is of not of the right tolerance. Unexpected full-auto does not constitute an offence.

anyways, so we tested it at the range again, it works fine. So now as many have suggested, nuke thread.

not to mention I would advise strongly for folks not to try to emulate this modification.
You were lucky. The SKS locked up enough where it did not damage the rifle.
If the gun fires before the bolt is locked up then the gun could be damaged and the shooter could be injured.
Having a round discharge before the bolt is locked - or even partially locked might damage the action beyond repair.

= SKS easily modified to full auto and onto the prohib list.
This tread should be nuked before it does damage...

There is no need to nuke this thread. A ten minute search on google will give you all the information you need to make your SKS auto through malfunction and also tells you how to fix it. Satain information on trigger is one of the best things you can do for a safer trigger and smoother trigger.
