SL8 to G36 conversion???

Hey looking to get my first black rifle, as far as non-restricted goes I like the SL8.... if I could get rid of the nasty biathlon style stock. how easy is it to put on a pistol grip so it looks like a G36??

very easy to put on, but they are extreamly expensive and sometimes hard to find. Expect to pay $700 for just the pistol grip with folding stock.

If you like AR15 stocks and pistol grips the HERA Arms adapter may be a little more up your alley, however they are still very expensive and a little more rare to get a hold of.

You could also just cut the thumb-hole stock to make a pistol grip. The results will depend on how hight your polymer working skills are. If you are patient and careful you can get some pretty good results. Honestly, don't worry about messing up the lower, they are relatively cheap.

If you are lucky the NEA conversion stock will come out relatively soon. It will use AR style grips and buttstocks.
