I put a pre-order in for a CZ Shadow 2 Optic Ready, it doesn't come in for a few months but in the mean time I have to determine my best choice for an RDS. a lot of internet reports/buyers guides seem to focus a lot on things like "military grade" or the batter life for defensive purposes, and other things that are not directly a primary concern for an IPSC shooter. so what is everyone else shooting or recommendation. I don't have a fortune to spend on the most top of the line RDS, but I don't have money to waste on getting cheap either, if you know what i mean.

Vortex Vemon or Burris Fast Fire III are cheap ish but great sight.
