Slide on Jericho 941 needs replacing maybe?

While cleaning my Jericho 9mm after the last range visit I noticed that the slide which was getting thin in one spot has broken through (see pic). First question: Is it dangerous to me or the gun to continue shooting it?
If the slide should be replaced, where is a good place to get one in Canada? I can only guess at the number of rounds I`ve put through it and it has to be over 25,000. Should it be wearing out like this so soon?

The piece that is missing is the area that looks like the bottom of a keyhole in the first pic. In the 2nd pic it looks more squared off towards the bottom of the area that has been taken away.

I beg to differ that it wasn't made that way. However, just to be sure, I've rattled off an email to IWI in Israel to ask them what they think. I'll let ya know what I hear back.
 
K, I received a reply from IWI's marketing director saying yes it is worn, but no that part isn't typically replaced but not to worry as I can keep on using it. So, thanks for reading. Problem solved.
