Slightly Disappointed.

This sucks, in the mean time you can cover it up with one of these:

Hey IRG im also slightly disappointed that you dont carry Ranger Point precision!😂 (hopefully you become a supplier in26) but when no stores in Canada have stock or their suppliers IRG comes through! Mossberg 590Rm standoff/Henry supreme 223 lever. Nick at IRG is great to deal with. Merry Christmas 🎄

I also want to point out, a couple of months ago, some other gentleman bought a PTR industries the jack short barrel shortgun from Irunguns, and the muzzle was flawed too, looked like someone unevenly cut the barrel with a hacksaw. There was a post made on CGN about the unsatisfactory product and IRG promptly address the issue and remedied the concern. I cant seem to find that thread now but I remember vividly, it occured a couple of months ago,

Yet when I share my experience in a similar manner because of an unsatisfactory product that had a flawed muzzle, I get targeted for no reason.
There are people messaging me saying they are sorry for what I'm experiencing, how people are quick to judge and have no empathy for others while expecting a lot if the roles were reversed.

Expectations were not met and I posted on this forum following the footsteps of the earlier instance as aforementioned above. No one seemed to have had any issues with that forum regarding a similiar instance. Oh how all the degeneracy came pouring over to me. People are so delicate with matters that have little to no concern with them.

I am obviously unsastified with the end product, If Irg has helped the other person with his unsatisfactory purchase then precedent has been set for their customer service with matters like this. Emailing me with a copy and paste message does absolutely nothing to remedy the situation.

Better than those knobs at armseast. Been waiting since April if not earlier for a refund from them and they don’t pick up the phone anymore.
Well if you ask half the people in the industry that is totally normal and you should suck it up and wait another 6 months before you reach out to them again. If you still don’t get your money back it’s your fault

Ha, guess you didn't actually read what was posted on their website and rushed to place an order. Oh well, your loss.

Good luck with the charge back, you received a non returnable item. Im sure the warranty people can't wait to deal with you, your a real peach. Lol
It appears some people can't distinguish sarcasm from reality though I'm tempted to go that route.
I did read the terms before placing an order so not sure what your point is.

Thanks for sharing zxnith . I learned several things,
New doesn’t mean mint anymore.
Asking for service might get you the opposite of what you requested.
Certain people will try to bait you into a ridiculous discussion for their own entertainment.
New not being mint is a qc issue with a budget brand, not a reputable dealer.
Asking to pick a nice sks or a Mosin out of a crate is one thing, asking to open packaging to inspect firearms that have already gone thru a qc stage is ridiculous. Expecting them to do so because you requested is equally ridiculous.
The initial post was ridiculous.

The good thing about posts like this is it shows us who gonna be a PITA to deal with and who to avoid in future dealings.

We have acknowledged your concerns and provided a resolution path within hours of notification by issuing an RMA.

At this stage, no further action can occur until the rifle is returned and evaluated by the manufacturer. Public commentary does not alter manufacturer warranty procedures, nor does it substitute for inspection.

Our obligations and remedies are clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which you agreed to at the time of purchase. Those terms have been followed precisely in this case.

Once the firearm is received, we will promptly submit it to Ruger and proceed based on their determination.

Thanks for sticking to your terms and not giving into this "Karen" type attitude.

That is great, and it lets everybody know what to expect from you.

This shouldn’t even have happened in the first place. Going through warranty for a new firearm with months being in the dark and no guarantee to resolve the issue isn’t the kind of resolution that is to be expected.
Moreover, copying by and pasting responses demonstrates the unwillingness to make things right.

It kind of show how people on cgn is so fragile and delicate and quite frankly downright degenerate with matters that have little to zero concern regarding them.

Clearly ruger's QC was not done properly for me to be receiving something like this, so my request was totally reasonable to which IRG promised to do.

They told me it would be shipped by a date, only for it to ship 2 days later with me calling to try and see with no avil, lead me on with false promises.

Assured me they would look over the firearm before sending, yet again another false promise.

Is it ridiculous to be upset because I was promised 2 things that were never delivered? Or is it totally acceptable for people/businesses to be making promises that they have no intention/capacity of fulfilling? Do you keep your word as a man or are you one of those pathological liars that like to deceive through every promise that you make? I wonder which it is.

Dear Mr xn liu,

I’ve notified both Visa and Mastercard that you have received the rifle you paid for and will be attempting credit card fraud. Their fraud departments are on the lookout for your call.

Sincerely,
