Slim 9mm semi-auto

OK, joking but with an aspect of seriousness:

A Nork Tokarev in 9mm...very slim overall, my wife likes it...plus it's only about $200...I hear the versions with the "contoured" grips are better ergonomically than the original.

try the XD 9, the 1911 grip angle with slimish grip feel. I was handling one the other day and the grip just "feels natural"

X2!! every one who shoots mine seems to like it The P7 rocks but your gonna blow the bank to buy one.:(

I love my Sig 226, but I won't call it slim, the Hi-Power is likely one of the slimest double stacks around, I would look at the single stack 1911 in 9mm

If the CZ fits your hand it probably is the best buy out there. I find the S/A trigger pull on my CZ to be light years ahead of my Hi-Powers.

Good for IPSC/IDPA as well.

Take Care

My favorite all time pistol has been, and still is, the Sig P239..
Small enough for concealed carry.. Amazingly accurate, and ALWAYS 100% reliable.

If 8+1 rds of Cor-Bon won't do the job, you're in the wrong neighborhood..

Happydude did you find the grip's on my 1911 ok ? I think you took a few shots with it.I would get a norc 1911 in 9mm .You could put some slim line aftermarket grips on it (check out brownells or some of the links on 1911.org) and put in a flat mainspring housing to further reduce the grip circumfrance.

The 1911 fit me just fine, wouldn't want any slimmer, as did the CZ 75 which was just about right. I should check out an XD-9 somewhere to see what it's like. The CZ seems to be around $600-$650, the NP-29 at $350, but what's the price on an XD-9, as is it less 'platic-y' than a Glock??

I felt up a new model hi-power at Wholesale and found it not bad but the grips would need replacement. The hammer on the inglis kept comming back and hitting me, I guess my grip was too high but that's where it was comfortable.
