Sling ID Please!

I received this unissued sling with my '51 Tula SKS package. The markings are unlike any that I've seen on other slings. Can anyone ID this one please?

I would venture to say late Russian. Maybe 54 SkS sling that didn't rust too much or could be a newer AK sling. Just a geuss though.

It's definately Soviet----I believe the "82" number is the year of manufacture.
