it's ok i have one on my remington semi auto 597 .22 as a bi pod it is ok they open quikcly enough by varry loadly
my one complaint is how they are mounted is that i feel it would be better for the sticks to actualy mount like a proper bi pod at the swivel which would make it more sturdy other wise not a bad product
the company that makes the sling sticks makes there own swivels don't tocuh them buy your self a pair of uncle mikes you'l be thank full you did they plastic ones that are ment to go with it that are purchased septeratly are garbage
