Slow boat from China docks in November?

ASSYRIAN:
As I have stated many times before, Marstar has a very strict QC criteria set up with ALL suppliers, this includes Norinco.

I cannot speak to your question, I have no way of knowing what, if any, special requests, QC matters, finish criteria, packaging, etc, etc.... other importers may or may not have discussed or contracted with Norinco....

BUT remember Marstar is the ONLY company offering the warranty posted to our site, draw your own conclusions.

I would certainly not want to cast any doubt on the products imported by any other indivudual or company in Canada without knowing the answer to your question.

John

MARKING GUNS;
I would be willing to bet it will be delayed eeven further.... It won't be taking affect December 1st.
John

45acpking;
I did not mean your IP or ours, but as you know a message can take a long trip between two communicating parties....
We have tracked some of the offenders, many time some of the smaller providers alog the way who do not share our interests, yet these very same folks don't mind letting #### through....
Oh well you can't win them all
John

you have a point john
I'll stop bustin yer balls ( ;) ).... the wait has just gotten to some of who missed out in the past. Canadian gun owners should be proud to have a company like marstar, that is willing to search far and wide for the goodies you guys make availlable for us to play with. My apologies if i have offended in any way, wasn't really my intention.

I understand you can only state what is fact in regards to YOUR product.

I guess that sums up my question right there.

Thank you

I will wait for my 2 M-305's from Marstar

RD ELLIOT;
Just to be clear, we flew in several tons of Norinco pistols because we were so far behind on deliveries....

We have three containers of 305s on the way in, 1st container in port, expecte here shortly....
Second and thrid ones should be about 4 weeks apart.

John

Excellent news! Thanks for the update, John! I will continue my diet of Ramen noodles and tap water in an effort to scrape up the funds for a second one :).

took the plunge today, was told i will be getting my m305 in 4-6 weeks, hopefully in time to be under the xmas tree.:D

45acpking;

When have you ever had a contructive exchange towards yourself Johnone..:D I mostly only read people bashing, complaining, #####ing, whining..:p glad you take it as well as you do. Now get us some Norinco M9/NP42 pistols when you can.

I Hate to bash our own, not enough of us and hard enough to make a living, but could not agree more, have two guns on order, April 07, June 07, cheek piece for AIA (Oct, 06) never received, changed one gun from one in stock item to another in stock item, no show, no nothing, carrot gone bad, and just give up and move on, no longer even visit the website, no point.

Sorry bashing, but frustration as well, good luck on your M14’s .:(

I bury my hatchet, John as responded to my complaint as a professional business man with apologies and corrective action. It’s unfortunate it got to CGN, but I suppose it is like blowing up in the store and the manger comes out and helps you, and as usual one sees things in their own little world, and I thank John for his response. And have reinstated my orders.

And blah, blah, nothing happened after three emails etc, I give up, I am their selected bad customer, thus no longer a customer.

:)

I wish I could order 2. My credit card only has a $500 limit -for my own protection;)

Cost of rifle..$454.86 with tax. I hope shipping is not more than $45.14 LOL!

Just got the order confirmation email; they expect delivery to take three weeks. No big deal, really, considering the wait, but I only live a half hour away from Marstar's location.

Apparently, some government reg prevents me from picking it up.

Oh well. I'll just take it as practice in being patient :)
