Bluedot is the money shot  , to coin a phrase from a different industry. Biggest fireballs I could find so far. I have heard that hs-6 is good as well but coyote says no. I am currently loading up 9mm with bluedot. Remember that lighter bullets need more powder - more slower burning powder means more flash. Try for 115 grain bullets or even 90 grain if you can find them. You will suffer a little with accuracy though, in 9mm. The mother of flashes that I have tried is 125 grain bullets in a .357 magnum with 22 grains of w-296 or hodgons 110 powder.   Nobody could believe that I was just using a .357. Watch for forcing cone erosion after about 18 grains of 296. Like a burnout in a sports car, it is cool to do in front of your friends but it can be costly in the long run.
Have fun,
Steve.
