looking for the lightest and shortest semi auto 20ga with rifled barrel and scope mounting rail

What do you guys use/suggest?

MUST BE 20GA and SEMI AUTO OR I DON'T CARE TO HEAR ABOUT IT

I have looked at all the common stuff, but maybe I missed something
