Slugs for Typhoon

Hello all, was wondering what slugs most prefer for the f12 Typhoon. Will be range shooting these, not hunting with them. Do I need dif. rounds for breaking in or just go at it? Thank You.

Should just be able to shoot it no issues. For target shooting high volume I'd get low recoil slugs. If you really want to make sure it's "broke in" if there is such a thing, then get the magnum slugs and run a few boxes through her. The topic is controversial...

I use S&B low recoil for my 3 gun matches. I broke my F12 in with 200 rounds of 00 buck and it has run like a top for the last 3 years no matter what I feed it... Except Federal Top Gun... It hates that crap as I think it's out of spec.

S&B slugs work well in the Typhoon once broken in but you will have to play with the chokes as some run better on the tighter side and some like them a bit loose. Every one is different so best to test first.
