Small CMMG Magazine

I currently have 2 25rd CMMG 22lr magazine.

The issue I am having is when the wife is shooting from a bench it raises the rifle to high to be comfortable to shoot.
So I am looking for approx 10rd CMMG 22lr magazine for my CQA.

Does anyone know where I can find one or who sells them.
