Small game device that uses 22 blanks

I remember seeing a device on here that is basically a center fire cartridge case with a spot for 22 blanks instead of the primer, and a swaging tool for buckshot to make projectiles. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I have two of them, one in .250 Savage and one in .308. Both work great, and I plan to buy a few more until I have one for every hunting rifle I own. They're terrific for grouse and other small game like rabbits for the pot while out hunting.
