When a fly settled on a target 50 yards away that I had been shooting at with my Anschutz 1422, I couldn't resist the opportunity to do some very small game hunting. One round of Eley Tenex splattered him all over the target. His remains:

This was a sighting in target at 100 metres, just dialed in to the x-ring and a housefly landed, splat no more fly. Ammo was Center X from a full custom benchrest 22.
