Smaller turrets on leupold vari x iii?

Bought a gun with a leupold vari-x iii 3.5-10 tactical on it. Has the great big target turrets
Would korth be able to put the m3 style target turrets on?

See post by xopher...maybe swap scopes as he wants target knobs to replace the original ones. Phil.
