Target Sports has some refurbished P7s in stock for $1139 if anyone is looking. Very cool gun.

EDIT: Wiki says the 86 has a 111mm barrel.

Might not be the smallest..... but personally, I go with a Colt Lightweight Commander in .45ACP. 4.25" factory barrel. Non prohib. With eight round mags makes for a powerful compact piece.
