make it bigger than that, and you should be good

Even you can find one with a 106mm barrel, they are still big guns, bigger than semi autos.

I've seen J-frame .357's with 5in bbls that were awful small (compared to my GP-100 anyways)

Maybe your best bet would be to get one that has had the barrel shortened to just a bit more than 105mm. They come up from time to time in the EE...there's one there now I think.

The minigun is a non-firearm, no PAL needed! It shoots rimfire cartridges. I believe it's about $3500, plus $$$ for importation, plus buy a good supply of ammo, Cambodian tire will be of no help.
