Smith and Wesson 686 Wood Grips

Hi guys, i was wondering if anyone here had an idea on where to purchase wood grips for a s&w 686 revolver? I only seen a couple of places in the united states. I figure need to dress it up and get rid of the
rubber that it currently on it.

Any info would be appreciated.

Brownells has some S&W wood grips. Under $100 is able to be purchased and sent to Canada. Make sure to ask for the cheapest postage from USPS which is $5.75.

The absolute best IMO would be if VZ grips made them (not wood, but pure ###)... I already asked and they said maybe in the future
For now they only make J-Frame grips:

Are you looking for original S&W target grips of the type that were OEM grip in the 1980s to the 1990's?

Or are you looking for wood finger groove combat type grips?

Same for me, my .357 and .44 magnum are now with rosewood grip with finger groove, many improvement on the shooting and very confortable, it's from Thailand, $29.

In fact, I like the classic look, however, when I was shooting with the original wood handle of my S&W deluxe model, the gun was moving in my hand (because of the recoil)...., this is why I've change both my S&W for a finger groove grip, problem resolves....

Go to Smith and Wesson you may be able to get some if your grips are under a hundred dollars, or...I just got some nice Rosewood grips from Eagle grips for my 586.

If you like the classic look, I have a pair original grips taken off my 686-3 when I switched to Hogue finger groove rubber. Very reasonable price plus actual shipping. Let me know.
