How did you find this out? I don't see anything about it on their web page.

What makes it restricted?

Thank our laws... its looks! I just cant compel myself to buy a .22 and have it only shot at the range. If I am forced only to shoot something in limited places I do not want to be disappointed when I finally get the chance to (want big bang, fair amount of kick, the works). Dont get me wrong, I love rimfires but I would not buy a rimfire and only be limited to shooting it at the range

The "restricted" status makes no sense at all. The only thing that makes this different from a 10-22 is the looks. I am sick of our antiquated laws.

Has anyone ever considered challenging the status of a restricted firearm through the courts?

Its restricted because it looks scary. The guns are classified arbitrarily and without reason by a corrupt government organization that is quickly putting themselves out of a job. You would think these idiots would realize if they do ban all of the guns the Liberals are after, the CFO will not have a need for any employees anymore. They should be on our side.

I emailed them related to the availability of the rifle. Wolverine will take your order now with no deposit. Spare mag is $37.50 each.

yes, they it is very similar to the 10/22. they are both blowback operated .22s with detachable mags, but one does look scary...

oh, i'm sure it could be challenged and defeated, but you would have to have a good lawyer on your side, alot of money, and alot of spare time.

sadly, most of us live in the real world, with bills to pay and day jobs.

it really sucks that it's restricted, because i'd be on the phone tommorow if it wasn't!
