Smith and Wesson No. 3 American

Hello,
I am looking for some help in get an old S&W No. 3 American repaired. I am in need of an antique S&W gunsmith. What is wrong is that the hammer will not #### and stay in the locked back position.
If anyone out there that can help me ou that would be great. I am looking for a gunsmith in Canada as I live in Saskatchewan.
