I ordered a bronze tip sight from you last oct-nov . Never got it , never got a refund either You mentioned probs with shipping /costems etc , I am going to dig up some of my old emails and forward to you because I still want one or a refund.

Tuscani, everyone but (apparently) Phin11 and you have received their stuffs. I have one mailing on Monday as there was some confusion as to the order. He's not posted here so I'll not mention his screen name. I have tracking numbers to back this.

Phin11, please email me using the above form with your name etc. I have records, but I need a name to reference.

Please, gents, use your real names when you email me, along with with your usernames here. One of my biggest problems when coming here, other than dialup speeds for whatever reason, is that I see these posts but cannot rectify the usernames with real names.

I will not put your real names up here.

If your ebay id is wabatuckian1911 than that is an outright lie. If it isn't, than my apologies someone is selling (actually just taking money) your sights on ebay falsely.
 
Well I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt, however I am losing faith quickly. I ask for a tracking number, which he gives me but it doesn't actually ship or be received by usps even though the shipping label was electronically filed april 15. Come on Josh, quit with the B.S and either ship the parts or get rid of the website and ripping people off of their money.

I believe you said you wanted to fix this, so do so already.

I have been waiting well over a year and a half . I got the same reply from Josh that he was sorry and wanted to fix this problem . The reason I ordered his products is from the good threads on CGN. I have ordered dozens of shooting related items over the years from the U.S. and elsewhere and never had problems getting them.
If you do a general google search on smith-sights you will find a number of customers from the U.S. that have not recieved their items either so I think we all might have gotten screwed over .
Anyone else from CGN not recieved their smith-sight feel free to chime in.

I bought from him on ebay. After he took my money he strung me along. I filed a claim 1 day before the expiry. He flipped out and even sent me a message saying because I filed a claim he would wait even longer to refund my money. Eventually (FRAUD ALERT) refunded me. Never again. He is a scam artist. How he is not banned from here is beyond me.
 
McCarthy, I do not know who you are.

There are several on here who received their sights and have not said anything about it here. I thank the ones who have.

I just mailed a person's with the initials of B.P. You know who you are. I'm at quite a disadvantage here because I cannot (or rather, will not) violate privacy of my customers.

I have been moving. I'm closer to the shop now, and actually have the office inside the shop. Better efficiency.

The bottom line is that I'm shipping 100 orders per month. It's a lot. I do attempt to answer all questions in a timely manner but there are times when I simply cannot. I'm asking for three days to respond to emails and I respond to them on Tue and Thu.
