Smith & Wesson M&P 22

Irunguns is SLOW. Especially to respond to emails etc. I understand it takes time to import, process paperwork etc. but to keep paying customers in the dark is VERY annoying. I appreciate what they do, but the customer service needs major improvement. (ok done with my rant)

This is my first order with them but so far the communications with them has been good. I sent a email asking when they would be receiving more since I missed out on the last batch and they promptly responded with a estimated date and I received another email giving me a heads up that they were now in stock so I was able to get some this time.
 
Let me rephrase a little, I think they are more inconsistent than anything. I will get emails responses in a timely fashion and then they go "dark" for a while. I have been waiting for over a week for a response regarding an import i made through them 6 weeks ago. I'm not impatient, but i do appreciate updates when requested. :)
 
Apparently these are a pre-sale (which I found out after the fact). End of April delivery I believe.
 
Weather's turned the corner in this part of the country. Got out for a lil' plinkin'!
