Smith & Wesson M&P 9 VTAC

Don't take this the wrong way but are you a good enough shot to know it's definitely the sights? Are you using the proper sight alignment? Factory ammo or reloaded?

If you're sure it's the sights then get a lower front post.
 
I shot much better with my sig p220. I am just finding these sights much more difficult to use with the extra night sight dots.
It's factory ammo that Ive been using.
It could be a new habit that Ive developed, but I'm just posting to see if anyone else out there has used these sights with success. If so they could possibly give me some pointers.

I don't want to come off as blunt BUT there really aren't any "pointers" specific to fixed sights. It's either shooter error (flinching?) or the sights are off.
