Smith & Wesson M&P45 question

I am looking at a used M&P45. I can't seem to find much info on the 45. Any ideas if it is reliable or what I should be looking at paying for one?

I have one in FDE. Great, reliable gun.
I think they retail around $7-800

I have one in FDE as well, had it about 8 years, it's been great. I changed the sights and trigger and couldn't be happier with it.

I have one in FDE also. Great gun, a little bigger and heavier than a glock but I still like it better. Trigger isn't the greatest though.

I have one. Paid $450 used. Added the Apex trigger and it is an excellent gun.

I have one in FDE with the safety. Put the APEX parts on and love it. Never had a single issue with it. Going on 5 years now.

The M&P45 is my favorite 45ACP pistol...and I have a Sig P227. I'd get rid of the Sig first if I had to choose...

out of all my 45's it is my favorite.
i must admit i dont get to shoot it as much as my 1911's but when push comes to shove it is my go to 45.

and like ive said before i must be a mutant because i like the stock triggers.

ive been thinking of picking up a apex kit but im afraid if i like it too much then id have to get them for all my M&P's and that would be expensive!

i just looked my M&P up in my computer program that i have for my guns and i was surprised to see my gun is 5 years old as of 2 days ago.
paid 750 for it then.

Got mine years ago. Insisted on one without the silly mag safety crap. Trigger was 'meh' out of the box, but like others here, I installed the Apex trigger parts. Huge difference!
Even before the trigger job, it was 100% reliable. Feels great in the hands.

I had one a coupe of years back, terrific gun - reliable, best ergos of any 45 and seriously accurate, the grip size is amazing for a double stack 45.
