Aim higher.
30 yr shooter already did. Still low. Ganderite said his shoot low.Is this your first experience with handguns? Or are you a seasoned shooter?
Most handguns with fixed sights are factory sighted to center of mass or bsand's sight image #2 above.
My guess is you are low and left. Which may mean you are flinching.
Before you go messing with the sights and incur cost, confirm that it's the sights that are out and not you. Have another experienced shooter try your gun. If he/she hits the same area then it's likely your sights.
Try using a heavier bullet. They stay in the barrel longer so recoil pushes the barrel up more before the bullet actually leaves the barrel.
From what I've read and from watching slo-mo videos, that bullet has already left the barrel before you feel the recoil impulse.
What does feeling recoil impulse have to do with angle upon exit?
