Is this gun 12/6? Barrel length is listed as 4 inch/102mm. Someone I know is selling it. They dont have 12/6. They claim its just restricted. I thought it had to be over 110mm for restricted.

If it has the original barrel, it's 12(6) or registered incorrectly.

It has to be a measurable amount over 105mm to be restricted. 105.05mm is restricted, 105.00 prohibited.

Measure carefully, some of the M-59's and M-39's had slightly longer barrels!!

If it becomes a problem, I'll be happy to "adopt" another 59! They are generally prohibited, unless there was a "different" barrel or modification on it.
