I have two of them, a 6.5" and a 3". The SS guns were not as smooth as the blued model 24s in my opinion, but they can be smoothed up fairly decently with just a little work. I would like to see pics of the problem before I comment Max. But damn near anything is fixable, with enough time, effort, and money. - dan
