SMLE peep sight?

Just wondering I got a sportered No.1 as my hunting rifle. Its a great rifle, but Im not a big fan of the battlesights. Anyone know where I can get peep sights for it? I checked brownells but it seems the Williams and Lyman for the SMLE are out of production.

Parker-Hale Number 5 used to be used with the special mount for it.

Why not scope the critter? S&K makes a darned fine mount, very solid, can be attached with comparatively little woodwork, NO metal work at all.

Yes, but you will need good eyes to use an aperture with eye relief that long.
Parker-Hale used to make the PH16F specifically for this model. Here is one that I sold some years ago.
