Any product we can slap on one of the NR black rifles to launch these? Obviously keeping it NR is the purpose here.

The airsoft 40mm C02 launchers work, I’m not sure on the diameter of the new ones, the old style ones fit into the Ball/powder style launch shells nice tight fit... could get them about 50y-100y.

They have stand alone launchers and under rail attached launchers, the higher end ones will hold up to recoil.

Also the Blank fire thread on muzzle devise for launching pop cans would probably work as well.

What is the expected shelf life for these? (storage longevity)

If you are a regular user of our smoke grenade products you may have noticed an update on the cap which is a date stamp showing the date of manufacture. Currently we do not have an expiry date on our products, they should be good to use years after purchase, in fact we believe they may get better with age.

I lit off some WP40 model ones last year (pic below) that were in their original shrink wrap from Dec 2015 and they worked good as new, so I would say at least 4 years. If you plan on storing them for a long time I would check that the shrink wrap (under the protective cap/over the vent hole) is in good condition. If not I would replace it with clear packing tape. WP40/wire pull model smokes have a single velt hole, "burst"/twin vent smokes have two.

At 5 mins 53 seconds in THIS VIDEO you can see damaged shrink wrap. To fix it you remove the existing damaged shrink wrap and carefully remove the cardboard EG logo disc (it's stuck down with a single drop of glue only in one spot). Shake the smoke upside down to remove any dust/loose powder from the inside. Clean the cardboard disc and lip of the smoke so they are free from dust (just wipe them off). Apply a very thin coat of wood glue around the lip of the smoke and press the cardboard disc back into place. It helps to place something heavy on it while the glue dries (dictionary works well). Once the glue is dry cover the cardboard disc with packing tape then using an xacto knife or scissors trim the tape to match the round shape of the smoke.

Happy Family Day and safe smoking!
