Smoke scent sticks

I have used these before (cant remember the brand). I had a buck walk in on me in bow season but in all honesty I cant say if it was the smoke stick or not.

I have seen these used on hunting shows with great results for bear hunting. The bear came right in and straight for the stick. I personally think they will work, but then again there has to be animals in the area for them to work...

Hunting partners have used them for deer and last year for moose.
Even though they had burned out, the animals went right to the spot where they were to give them a sniff.
(The deer became dinner. The moose was a cow and we only had a bull tag.)

I have only tried them once but heres what I found.I was sitting in my ground blind and had a doe with two fawns about 200 yards away.I got out of my blind ,in full view of the deer, and went out about 30 yards, and lite the sticks. Then I walked back to my blind, all while the deer were watching me.After the scent hit them they came right to the sticks even though they knew I was there.

The stick I used were the deer scents brand and I used there bucket. This year I want to try the rut scents.

I had one burning for deer rifle season. A doe walked up to it while it was lit and had her nose maybe 4 inches from it. You can see deer tracks all around where you burnt one also. IMO they are good!
