Hey,
Been looking high and low for a week, can't find anything conclusive. Does anyone have some load data for Magtech's 12ga full brass hulls? Do not wish to go into black powder at this time.

Please help. If you do not wish to publicly disclose your loads, please PM me.

Note : This is to be used in a modern gun (Mfg 2014)

do not use smokeless in balloon head brass even over pressure with black powder will case them to split at the head. just load with standard black powder loads and have fun

I think, brass shot shells use regular loads for the size and weight of the shot. Apparently the issue is the wad. Regular wads are too thin. It's discussed here(good bunch). Add the W's. .thehighroad.org/archive/index.php/t-278906.html
Net searched this. "Brass shotgun shell smokeless loads".

A Will Bilozir was at the Kamloops show this past weekend. I approched him to buy the stuff I would need to load BP loads in the Magtech brass. He knew exactly the sizes of each part that I'd need and none of them were standard 12Ga stuff due to the brass casings. It was 11ga this and 13 ga that. So I don't doubt that he would know exactly what to sell you for loading up smokeless loads as well. He's likely got some ideas for load data as well. He seems to really know his stuff.

Over a year later, did you ever have any luck with the smokeless loads? I made up some BP 20gauge loads tonight. Can't wait to test them out this week.
