Two best Bolt actions in the world are....for different reasons
SMLE British 303 as was made to operate in worst of conditions
Sako 75...just smooth and awesome even in the large magnums..
of course I am partial to these two.....

In my gun safe, it's my Tikka T3 Battue, followed closely by my 1912 BSA 310 Australian Cadet (falling block).

Anything that isn't smooth is sold off very quickly.

Not always. But it's nice to have effortless function.

IMO, smoothness isn't indicative of accuracy. But it is a sign of a well constructed gun. But other's will disagree, thats CGN right there.

My sako 85 and sako A7 are to smoothest in my safe. As for my ruger American it's a little rough but shoots decent for what it is.

No not Portuguese winchester. Superior in my opinion because CRF and just feels better.
I've found while hunting the winchester feeds a round smoother than the tikka. Just my experience.

Yep same here. USA made M70 is slicker then the Tikka I used to own.
