The Liberal MP in my riding is also Speaker of the House of Commons.
Not much work and lots of "social safety net" recipients here in north eastern Ontario and the Speaker should have enough clout to keep the free goodies flowing into the riding.
Most of the local gun owners have one or two rusty old guns in the closet. Mostly Lee Enfield .303BR, ancient Win 94s, Cooey break open shotguns or Mossberg bolt .22LR rifles and the suchlike handed down for decades and aren't very worried about gun bans affecting ARs.

PPC costed CPC seats last election. These goofs dont care about the country.

Explain what that means to you? Conservative O'Toole is as far right as Trudeau's fruity right sock IMO.
I will vote for people who at least say they have conservative values. Plus I had a beer with Max and we had a funny convo so if he at least says he's going to be truly conservative I'll toss a vote his way. I dont willingly vote for the pro-puberty blocking pill O'Toole unless it's a tactical vote to keep Trudeau out.

How do you think that works? Did PPC agents snuck into polling centers and changes CPC ballots over to PPC?
Bernier was in my riding a week ago and was virtually ignored.
A squawking crow on a nearby fence post was getting more attention.

The Speaker of the House of Commons (Rota) is our MP.
No way the riding electorate will kick him out.
It's a hand to mouth existence for many here in northeastern Ontario.
Now Trudeau will have the money previously wasted in Afghanistan to dump into our riding.

Bernier has direct ties to George Soros. Look into it. And if you can read between the lines you'll understand why he started a new party. You don't get to vote your way out of globalist control so you might as well try and stall the gun ban at least with Erin IMO, I am not a big fan and am a traditional conservative but you do you. If we lose again with the CPC, then I think it's time to talk about reform but right now we need flush the turd.
Because of a vote split in a couple ridings the seats went to liberal. Also the PPC siphoned votes in a gta riding from the cpc. Traitors are helping liberals in our community.

I don't know about any nefarious antics going on with PPC but CPC is going downhill quickly so I can see why some politicians don't want to be associated with them any longer. That doesn't sound like being a traitor to me if they have better ideas than appeasing everyone by being right wing leftists.
Still will get my vote to get Mr. Socks out for now.

Yeah we have to be careful 1 lost seat to the PPC could be the difference between Liberal Majority or minority. If the CPC can't win, at least with another minority Trudeau will probably get tossed.

Good point. I doubt they took a lot or any liberals, but the farther right that wouldn't even bother voting for CPC/vote Libertarian/or dont vote at all might have gone out to vote PPC.

To Wolverines original statement, combined with the statements given after announcing the election. If given a majority they will;
1. continue to pit sub groups of Canadian demographics against each other - this election will be about the 6 million unvax'd... believe me its going to be ugly
2. they are banking on the PPC to turn a couple ridings to Libs or NDP
3. the PPC are awesome but are not ready, not even close, don't even have a constitution! The machine is not in place.
Max would be prime minister today if he could just keep quiet about supply management!
4. The promised money on the recent road tour has not been spent and and never will, cheap talk
This will be as be as already stated, a terrible outcome for this country if a majority Liberal government if formed.
History can add another leaders name to the list Pol Pot, Lenin, Stalin.....
A recipe that's been recycled again and again - thats what we should be talking to the millennials about, not arguing that they are lazy, after all they will have to clean up the mess.

Anyone here any more news about grandfathering or the buy back? (Heard recent estimates suggest $758 million of banned firearms).

If a majority liberal gov't was to be in place...who's to say they will even follow through with a buy back! Would be even less push back available then! I wouldnt have expected much more the 40-50 cents on the dollar as it stands, but with a majority expect much less...if, anything, beside their agenda has way more imported things to spend those millions on!
