I have this Snider carbine and thinking of selling it but not sure what it is worth. The lock is dated 1875 and BSA plus the MK III action is marked BSA and also Sniders Patent which means it was a comercial gun. The barrel is shinney and good rifling. I was told these were made for the a Portugal under contract but do not know if this is right.
