Can someone help me buy my 1rd gun. I want a sniper rifle. I think I would be really gud cuz I play alot of video games and I am too good for the n00bs on the interwebz so I want to do the real thing.
I was thinking of a Dragonov of an AWP cuz I have >9000 kills with those so they are the best. Can I shoot thru an engine block with one of these? it would be good home defense.
If I part out one of my computers I could have about 1000 dollars. I should be able to get a pretty good sniper rifle for that rite? My girl won't let me spend more than that, she says guns are violent and the money would be a better investment in a bigger TV. She doesn't really want it in the house, I think I can change her mind though...

I just finished outfitting my tactical unit with sniper rifles so may be able to help you. If am in charge of a small but elite tactical unit that supplies tactical protection to malls around North America. Sometimes they need more than rent a cops and know that the police don't have the hardware to deal with real problems, thats when we get called in.
Most people never meet us but there are a few who really appreciate us. One in particular who was really thankful after I protected his ass virginity from thugs with AKs
So have you narrowed down your search at all. I've used sniper rifles in the Korean War, Vietnam war and every war in between including the Boer war.

When I get this sniper rifle I think I will see about joining one of these elite commando units that protect malls and other social gathering sites. Sounds like the thing to do.

You're on the right track with the Dragonov MP. Ask any mall ninja and they will tell you how easy it is to set the mag capacity to, like, a hundred buzzilion rounds, maybe even, like , infinity, or something.
If you want camo I'd consider the paper maché takedown version, and then spend the rest on a real good scope. Consider a scope with lots of magnification, like a paper towel tube or even a wrapping paper one for those real long range zombie shots.
Try to avoid laser sights for sniping. It makes it too easy for the zombies to home in on your location under the bridge.
It's getting real hard to part out an Atari for, like, a thousand bucks these days so this is the best advice I can offer based on your budget. Hope this helps.
